Frequently asked questions

  • We don’t usually provide same day delivery as our hampers do take time to make. We prefer a day or two notice. But if you have a gifting emergency please email us and if we can help we will!

  • During the check-out process you will be prompted to enter your billing details which is where you put YOUR contact details. When you are prompted for a ‘shipping address’ please enter the details of the person who will receive the hamper/gift.

  • YES! we have a special category for add on items. Add all the items you would like to your cart and then check out. When the order comes through we will do our magic to incorporate everything into one gift. If you would like to add something not on our list just send us an email hamper.haven@hotmail.com and we’ll be in touch.

  • If you have your own ideas about what sort of things you would like in your hamper please email us hamper.haven@hotmail.com and we will happily assist you in creating a custom gift hamper.

    We can make a couple of changes to one of our online hampers to make it just right… just ask!

    PERSONALIZE IT

    Need it more personal? we can source products with names and custom messages on them or shop for specific items or themes. This does require more time though. You will need to provide around 3 - 5 days notice for us to create these sorts of gifts.

  • Personalised hampers take a little bit longer than our standard website range. If you would like us to include all those special treats your person loves or if you have specific requests we need time to source those items or have them made for you. The longer we have to build your gift the better but in general we can work our magic in about 3 - 4 days.

  • There is nothing better than cheese with wine and nibbles. But cheese doesn’t travel well. Local deliveries and some regional areas we deliver to daily are fine because we keep the hampers chilled during delivery. For other deliveries an overnight stop at the depot is required and unfortunately cheese can’t be included in these deliveries. If you would still like that hamper just order as normal and we will substitute the cheese for you.

  • Unfortunately there is only room for one shipping address when you check out. A separate order is required for each address. You CAN send multiple items to the same address though! just add all the goodies to your cart and then check out.

  • Yes!

    We love to use colours and branding to create professional and memorable gifts that are perfect for corporate gifting.

    We can make 10 hampers through to 100+ and have a huge client base of corporate clients such as Rio Tinto, PCS, Telstra, Aussie Loans, Fortescue Metals, Iluka, TM Machinery, Metrol and Total Containers.

    We can also source branded ribbon & promotional products and will happily include any merchandise or marketing material (like business cards) you provide to us to too!
